Leeren Naicker is ABL Aviation’s Head of Pricing. He leads pricing and modelling efforts, developing advanced techniques to optimise the company’s operations and decision-making.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Leeren was an Actuarial Consultant at Lloyd’s Banking Group, where he ensured pension policies met policyholder expectations and regulatory requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

He has worked with local and international stakeholders, providing actuarial expertise for high-profile projects. Leeren has held various actuarial positions in Ireland, the UK, and Toronto, focusing on product development, finance, and technical services.

Leeren is a qualified actuary with a Computer Science Degree from University College Dublin, where he graduated with First-Class Honours and received a Microsoft Research Award.
