Roxy Novytska is a Contract Manager at ABL Aviation. In this role, she organises and manages the deal team’s internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery and funding of transactions.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Roxy worked as a Contract Administrator at Santos Dumont, supporting all asset management services within the leasing platform. She also worked as a Technical Services Engineering Coordinator at Norwegian Air International, overseeing the registration process for newly delivered aircraft, their transfer between AOCs, and the technical library’s maintenance. Additionally, she has experience in the flight operations and training departments at Norwegian and CityJet.

Roxy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Wales Trinity St. David and a Bachelor’s Degree in Air Transportation Management from the National Aviation University in Kyiv, Ukraine. She has participated in exchange programmes with Korea Aerospace University and Dublin Institute of Technology and completed a Certificate in Aircraft Acquisition and Finance from IT Carlow.
