Ritwik “Rits” Sen is ABL Aviation’s SVP – Strategic Communications, based in the Dubai office. He leads ABL Aviation’s global communications and marketing function, overseeing the company’s internal and external communications strategy, brand positioning, corporate narrative, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. 

Before joining ABL Aviation, Rits spent 18 years with leading global advertising networks including Ogilvy and DraftFCB, where he worked across a broad portfolio of regional and international clients spanning aviation, retail, FMCG, and financial services. 

Rits also spent nine years at DIB, one of the Middle East and Africa region’s leading Islamic financial institutions, where he served within the Strategic Communications function. He led Internal Communications and supported enterprise-wide communication initiatives aligned with the bank’s strategic vision, culture, and stakeholder priorities. 

Outside of work, Rits is an avid traveller, award-winning photographer, and cricket analyst and commentator.
