Hamza Zaoui is a Senior IT Support Specialist at ABL Aviation. In this role, he provides technical support to colleagues, administers IT services, including Azure and SharePoint, and manages the company’s IT assets. With ten years of experience in the IT field, he addresses technical challenges and ensures smooth IT operations.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Hamza worked on projects involving setting up IT infrastructure, data migration, and auditing and optimising IT equipment.

Hamza holds two Master’s Degrees from ESTEM in Morocco, one in Systems and Network Engineering and the other in Network and Telecommunication. He also has Networking, Microsoft Administration, and IT Best Practices certifications, such as ISO 27001, ISO 38500, ITIL v3, ITIL v4, CCNA, CCNP Routing and Switching, and Microsoft Azure.
