Hamza Zaoui is a Senior IT Support Specialist at ABL Aviation. He provides technical support to colleagues, manages IT services like Azure and SharePoint, and oversees the company’s IT assets. With ten years of IT experience, he handles technical challenges and ensures smooth IT operations.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Hamza worked on projects involving IT infrastructure setup, data migration, and auditing and optimising IT equipment.

Hamza holds two Master’s Degrees from ESTEM in Morocco, one in Systems and Network Engineering and the other in Network and Telecommunication. He also has certifications in Networking, Microsoft Administration, and IT Best Practices, including ISO 27001, ISO 38500, ITIL v3, ITIL v4, CCNA, CCNP Routing and Switching, and Microsoft Azure.
