Grace Haiyan is a Contract Manager at ABL Aviation, based in the Hong Kong office. She brings extensive experience in aircraft leasing, financing, and contract management, with a career built entirely within the aviation industry. 

Grace has managed lease agreements, financing arrangements, and fleet insurance across a number of major airlines, including Hong Kong Express Airways, HNA Aviation Group, and Hainan Airlines. These roles have given her a detailed understanding of the contractual and financial structures central to aircraft leasing operations. 

She holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Xi’an International Studies University. It is her passion for aircraft leasing, however, that has defined her professional journey and guided her toward building deep, specialised expertise in this field. 

At ABL Aviation, Grace is responsible for contract management activities within the Hong Kong office, contributing her industry knowledge and sector relationships to support the team’s leasing operations.
