Eileen O’Donnell is the Chief Financial Officer at ABL Aviation. She is in charge of finance and accounting across the company’s international divisions, managing special-purpose vehicles and ensuring compliance with policies through effective accounting, treasury, reporting, and budgeting.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Eileen worked at the Maples Group, where she prepared management accounts and financial statements for aircraft leasing vehicles, guided audits, and ensured compliance with debt agreements. She also supported a start-up airline’s management accounting efforts until it obtained an airline operator certificate.

Eileen spent five years as Finance Manager at AerSale Aviation Limited, where she managed Irish special-purpose vehicles. She managed the contract management system (CMS), handled reporting, budgeting, auditing, compliance, and group consolidation, and maintained relationships with lessees to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations. She also implemented new accounting software and used automation to improve efficiency.

Eileen is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Studies and Marketing from Cork Institute of Technology.
