Carlos Merino is ABL Aviation’s Vice President, Marketing. He oversees investor relations, creates investor materials, conducts market research for investment opportunities, and represents ABL Aviation at industry events.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Carlos was the Operations Manager at Lignum Capital PFP, a Spanish equity crowdfunding platform regulated by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). He successfully executed 13 fundraising transactions for startups and early-stage companies.

Carlos also worked at Lawell Law & Strategy, a corporate law firm, and in the Corporate Strategy department at L’Air Liquide, where he analysed business opportunities in the Spanish engine production and emission testing markets, as well as the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.

Carlos holds a Business Administration and Law Degree from Carlos III University of Madrid and studied at the ESC Rennes School of Business in France as part of an Undergraduate Exchange Programme.
