ABL AVIATION STRENGTHENS INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS AT FARNBOROUGH INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW 2026

Farnborough, United Kingdom | 20–24 July 2026

ABL Aviation joined aviation leaders from across the world at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, held from 20 to 24 July at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre in Hampshire, United Kingdom.

Recognized as one of the industry’s premier global events, the airshow brought together airlines, lessors, OEMs, MRO providers, financial institutions, investors, and government representatives to discuss the future of aviation, showcase new technologies, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Representing ABL Aviation throughout the week were Founder & CEO Ali Ben Lmadani, Chief Technical Officer Donal O’Shea, Senior Vice President – Africa & CEO of ABL Industries Stephen Orr, and Senior Vice President – Strategic Communications & Marketing Ritwik Sen. The team met with airline partners, investors, manufacturers, lessors, and counterparties across aircraft leasing, technical services, structured finance, and asset management.

Strengthening Industry Partnerships

Throughout the week, the ABL team held a series of meetings with existing partners while establishing new relationships across the aviation ecosystem. Discussions focused on fleet renewal, aircraft financing, technical asset management, market outlook, and the evolving needs of airlines operating in an environment shaped by sustained aircraft demand and constrained production capacity.

The event also provided an opportunity to reinforce ABL Aviation’s long-term commitment to supporting airline partners through disciplined aircraft investment, structured leasing solutions, and technical expertise.

Introducing ABL Industries to the Global Market

A major milestone for the group at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow was the introduction of ABL Industries to the international market.

Launched earlier this year, ABL Industries is the technical and industrial arm of ABL Corporation, providing FAA and EASA-certified maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services from its facility in Midparc, Casablanca. The company specializes in nacelle component repairs, including inlets and fan cowl doors, thrust reverser repair, radome overhaul, and advanced composite repair solutions.

The airshow provided an important platform to introduce ABL Industries to prospective airline customers, lessors, OEMs, MRO partners, and suppliers while exploring opportunities for future collaboration.

Reflecting on the week, Stephen Orr, Senior Vice President – Africa at ABL Corporation and CEO of ABL Industries, said:

“Farnborough is where the global aviation industry comes together. It’s an opportunity to meet customers, partners, and suppliers, exchange ideas, and build relationships that will shape the future of our business.

This year was particularly significant for us with the launch of ABL Industries. We are now fully operational in Casablanca with our FAA and EASA certifications in place, providing specialized component repair services including nacelles, thrust reversers, and radomes. Farnborough has given us an excellent opportunity to introduce our capabilities to the market and begin building partnerships that will support the next phase of our growth.”

Looking Ahead

As global demand for aircraft continues to outpace production capacity, collaboration across airlines, lessors, manufacturers, financiers, and technical service providers remains increasingly important.

For ABL Aviation, Farnborough International Airshow 2026 reinforced the value of maintaining close relationships across every part of the aviation ecosystem. The conversations held throughout the week will continue beyond the event as the company advances new opportunities in aircraft investment, leasing, technical asset management, and MRO services.

ABL Aviation extends its thanks to all customers, partners, suppliers, and industry colleagues who met with the team during the week and looks forward to continuing these discussions in the months ahead.
