Salma EL OUAFI is a Pricing Analyst at ABL Aviation. She leverages her expertise in financial analysis, pricing strategies, and statistical modeling to support optimal decision-making in aircraft acquisitions, leasing, and sales.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Salma worked as a Financial Analyst at Bank Al-Maghrib, where she specialized in liquidity monitoring, monetary policy operations, and treasury management. Her responsibilities included forecasting cashflows, analyzing interbank markets, and managing Treasury bond auctions, equipping her with a strong foundation in capital markets and liquidity risk management.

Salma gained additional experience during her internships at leading financial institutions. At Banque Centrale Populaire, she developed expertise in fixed-income trading, focusing on bond pricing and yield curve construction, and implemented a pricing model for multi-currency interest rate derivatives. She also worked closely with traders and sales teams to facilitate FX trading and currency hedging strategies showcasing her ability to combine technical modeling with practical business insights.

Salma holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Africa Business School at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and has successfully passed CFA Level 1. She combines her strong analytical background and passion for aviation to contribute innovative solutions in the pricing team.
