With over 12 years of experience in finance and a strong background in the aviation industry, Gavin plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across the company’s global operations. His expertise spans the full spectrum of strategic and operational finance, including finance transformation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.

Prior to joining ABL Aviation, Gavin held senior roles in Audit & Risk Advisory, including a 3 years as Audit Manager for Avolon where he led internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives. His work was instrumental in strengthening financial controls and ensuring investor-grade compliance. He also led the Finance and Business Audit team at Primark, a FTSE100 company, where he implemented robust governance frameworks and enhanced enterprise risk management.

At ABL Aviation, Gavin oversees finance and accounting across international divisions, including the management of special-purpose vehicles. He ensures rigorous compliance with financial policies through effective accounting, treasury, reporting, and budgeting practices supporting the firm’s mission to deliver operational excellence and investor confidence in every transaction.
