Ali Ben Lmadani, the founder and CEO of ABL Aviation, is known for his significant contributions to the aviation industry. At 22, he began his entrepreneurial journey by founding ABL Industries, a leading company in airport ground support equipment that exports to Europe and Africa from the United States. He then co-founded ABL Real Estate in Paris, focusing on the sale and rental property markets. Inspired by Airbnb, he launched EasyGuests Inc., a short-term rental property management firm in multiple U.S. and European cities. At the Transportation Group, a boutique investment firm in New York, Ali developed strategies and negotiated deals with major airlines like Emirates and Singapore Airlines.

Ali is a visionary leader in alternative investment models for the aviation sector. He has successfully led numerous aircraft transactions for private equity investors and family offices, providing essential financial models, debt sourcing, and technical support. His expertise is especially strong in equity and debt financing in Middle Eastern and Asian markets.

Ali holds a degree from Campbell University in North Carolina. He appeared on the 2019 Airline Economics “Top 40 Under 40” list, and he has won numerous awards, including Choiseul’s 100 Africa Economic Leaders of Tomorrow 2023 and Corporate Livewire’s Investment Management Professional of the Year 2023. He is also a board member of the Wings Club Foundation.
