Yousra El Amrani is a finance & accounting master’s degree graduate from the national school of Trade, as she’s always been passionate about finance in that sense, she pursued several internships that allowed her to gain strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Prior to joining ABL, Yousra spent 4 years at LafargeHolcim the 1st industrial market capitalization of the Casablanca Stock Exchange and the 2nd listed cement group in Africa as financial accounting analyst where she was responsible for financial reporting for the holding of the group’s African subsidiaries while ensuring compliance and implementation of accounting standards (i.e., IFRS standards).
As part of her duties, she was also heavily involved in financial campaigns throughout the year i.e., preparation of tax returns, budgeting, analysing costs, pricing variable contributions, commenting business results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.,
Furthermore, she was continuously reviewing for process improvement through reporting tools to making processes more efficient and fluid.
The industry of aviation leasing was always interesting to her while looking for challenging projects in dynamic collaborative teams so becoming a member of ABL Aviation will allow her to become an expert in this field and apply her financial background and professional experience into the aircraft leasing industry.
Some of her keen interests include functional fitness, yoga and hiking; one of her biggest achievements is hiking mount Toubkal summit.
