Leeren Naicker is the Head of Pricing at ABL Aviation. In this role, he leads and oversees various aspects of pricing and modelling technology. He is also responsible for developing and implementing advanced modelling techniques and technologies to optimise the company’s operations and decision-making processes.

Before joining ABL Aviation, Leeren was an Actuarial Consultant at Lloyd’s Banking Group, where he played a key role in ensuring the management of pension policies aligned with policy provisions, policyholder expectations, and regulatory requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

He worked closely with local and international stakeholders, providing actuarial expertise for high-profile projects. Throughout his career, Leeren has held various traditional actuarial positions in Ireland, the UK, and Toronto, focusing on product development, finance, and technical services.

Leeren is a qualified Actuary with a Computer Science Degree from University College Dublin. He graduated with First-Class Honours and was awarded a Microsoft Research Award.
