Kenza JOUADI, she is 24 years old, she got her master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Rabat AGDAL in 2021.

Her final thesis consisted about an econometric study about the impact of the socio-economic activities on the fishery stock in the region of Casablanca-Settat. They collected Data from the fishery field, to study their econometric variations .
As per her most recent professional experience, she worked as a Customer Care Specialist for Zalando website, she managed customer complains about refunds, delivery, and payment through calls, emails, and chats, for three Europeans markets; the French, the Belgian, and the Suisse Markets.

In 2018, she got her Licence degree in Economics and Management, from the University of Hassan 2 in Casablanca, and in the same year.

She had an internship in the OCP group as a part of the HR team, where she practiced her management skills.
As a good analyser, and with her sense of organisation, she is willing to learn more and share her skills with ABL team.
