After Hasnae graduation from Ecole Mohammadia d’Ingénieurs (EMI), where she chose to follow her passion for mechanical engineering. Hasnae had the chance to work in a variety of industries in Morocco.
Her first experience took place at Jacobs Engineering SA as a mechanical commissioning specialist. Where she was tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the Diammonium Acid Plant’s engines, crucial for the operations of Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP), Africa’s leading fertilizer producer.
In 2018, she started working for Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national airline, as the Engine Engineering Manager. She oversaw the maintenance activities of all engines-all fleet types. Consequently, she managed the most important budget of the technical division and negotiated complex engine maintenance agreements with renown suppliers. The combination of both tasks required a solid technical and financial knowledge and especially adequate negotiation skills.
Working at ABL Aviation allows Hasnae to put into active use her academic and professional experience into the aircraft leasing industry.
Beside work activities, Hasnae enjoys trekking and hiking with her friends. Furthermore, in her free time she loves to do voluntary work, as it is something that she always take to heart.
