Ali Ben Lmadani is currently CEO of ABL Aviation.
Ali is a strong market leader and forward thinker in the aviation industry, developing a successful strategic vision of alternative investment models that consistently achieve key milestones. In recent years, he has structured several aircraft transactions for private equity investors and family offices, developing financial models, sourcing financial debt and providing, along with his experienced team, in-depth technical support. ABL Aviation seeks to develop unique investment strategies that fall outside the status quo that governs the industry.

Finnian O’Neill joined ABL Aviation and is responsible for aircraft pricing and debt. He is responsible for the development of pricing models and provision of investment recommendations for our investor clients. He oversees the evaluation of creditworthiness of lessees, the assessment of risk / return characteristics of investment opportunities and assessment of these opportunities within each investor’s risk tolerance. In addition, his team is also responsible for managing relationships with lenders globally. His team sources debt for our investors who require debt to partially finance the acquisition of aircraft.
Finnian previously held the role of Head of Analytics at Stellwagen Technology where he was responsible for guiding the development of pricing and investment management software. He worked with quantitative finance professionals, web developers and designers in converting a pricing model he originally built into a web-based aircraft pricing platform.
Prior to this role, he held the role of Managing Director, Stellwagen Finance, where he assisted lessor and airline clients in designing and executing innovative financing solutions using capital sourced from senior and junior lenders in both the capital markets and the banking markets. He has successfully closed PDP financings, fully financed multiple operating lease transactions, private placements into US investors and sourcing commercial debt for clients. He also played a key role in the closing of the Stellwagen Senior Loan Fund and an Operating Lease Fund focused on buying older aircraft. He had direct involvement in successful financings in excess of $2BN including Islamic financings, multi-currency senior / junior commercial loans, bank and capital market sourced PDP financings and US private placements. He has been named in the Airline Economics “Top 40 under 40” list.
Prior to joining Stellwagen, he was a Senior Investment Consultant with Willis Towers Watson in London from 2005 to 2014 where he served as lead risk management adviser to a number of the largest pension funds in the UK ranging in size from £1BN – £10BN providing advice on fixed income investments and risk management. He was the lead adviser on large scale multi-year hedging programmes that involved the hedging of interest rate, inflation, equity, credit and longevity risks using hedging products from insurance companies, derivative markets and fixed income markets.
He is a qualified actuary and CFA Charterholder, having graduated with first class honours from UCD in Actuarial and Financial Studies.

Anas Bounahmidi is currently the Chief Technical Officer at ABL Aviation, an innovative, global and efficient full-service independent aircraft investment firm. He leads a group of enthusiastic engineers responsible of the worldwide asset management and technical activities in a very fast-growing company with a purpose to add efficiency and innovation in all the layers of the aircraft management. As a member of the company’s leadership team, Anas is critical in the evaluation and identification of strategic initiatives aimed at developing and preserving the optimal liquidity of the investors’ assets. Anas frequently travels around the world developing client and subcontractor relationships and negotiating commercial contracts with prospective airlines and service providers.
Anas is a creative thinker, truly focused on innovation whether on aircrafts, engines or optimisation in the process and the way to analyse and manage assets. He always looks at the blind spot and has a vision to maintain the assets values with a very unique approach.
Anas is a passionate about aviation since a young age and loves attending air shows and understanding the aircraft and its components operation. He truly believes that new world challenges can be led by a strong relationship among airlines, manufacturers and lessors that could fundamentally change the face of aviation and asset financing as well as fulfilling the need of carbon and other greenhouse gas reduction for a more balanced and sustainable aviation. Aviation technological advance should be strengthened to support the world development and connecting people without harming the planet.
Prior to his current role, Anas was exposed very early to the industry (and international aspect) and held several positions in a consulting company including relationship with authorities, regulatory audits for MROs and Airlines. He later managed the Airbus A320 test bed of Safran Group covering implementation and demonstration of several innovations and then, Anas was responsible for developing the asset management activities including aircraft valuations and future events forecast and costs.
Anas holds a MS degree in Aeronautical and Aerospace engineering from the French Polytechnic Institute of Advanced Science (IPSA) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for the Paris Centrale School. He is also fluent in French and Spanish with keen interest in languages and human relationships. Anas was for many years, an active member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) engineering and aircraft leasing group supporting the standardization and optimization of aircraft transition and management with airlines and lessors’ representatives.

Eileen O’Donnell is ABL Aviation Financial Controller in 2019. In her role she is responsible for increasing efficiencies and streamlining the finance and accounting function for the international divisions as well as managing a portfolio of special purpose vehicles . Eileen is responsible for accounting, treasury, reporting and budgeting in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies. She is also instrumental in identifying and developing controls and processes to mitigate risk within the business.
Eileen previously worked at the Maples Group where she was responsible for preparing management accounts and Financial Statements for a portfolio of Aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles.
Prior to this role, she held the position of Finance Manager at AerSale Aviation Limited for five years, where she managed the individual Irish special purpose vehicles and was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, compliance and group consolidation. She played a key role in the implementation of new accounting software and increasing efficiencies and automation.
Eileen has always had an interest in aviation which has continued to grow as she gains more exposure and experience to the many different aspects of this exciting industry.
Eileen qualified as a certified public accountant in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and Marketing from Cork Institute of Technology.
Olivia Sun joined ABL Aviation and her role is to support the aircraft trading, finance and monitor airlines customer’s compliance with their payment obligations.
Olivia previously held the role of Contracts Manager at CDB Aviation where she: (i) acted as the project lead to aircraft deliveries and redeliveries; (ii) provided legal support to the business’s aircraft trading function; (iii) managed post-delivery filing requirements in various legal jurisdictions; and (iv) monitored lessees’ compliance with their lease obligations. In addition, she was instrumental in establishing the aircraft document archive system.
Prior to this role, she worked as paralegal at Avery Dennison in Hong Kong where she was responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents; providing legal support to litigation; conducting legal research; and managing corporate matters in Asia-pacific region.
Before joining Avery Dennsion, she was a contract management officer at BOC International Holdings Limited. She drafted and reviewed contracts; established contract management system in both soft and physical copies forms. She provided training to IT department, monitored contracts performance and provided legal support to the contracts dispute.
She obtained Law degrees from University of Shenzhen and Chinese University of Hong Kong. She speaks native Mandarin, fluent Cantonese and English.

Shanaaz Kassim joined ABL Aviation as office assistant and is responsible for the running of the Dublin office as well as Personal Assistant to the CEO, Mr Ali Ben Lmadani. Shanaaz studied Travel & Tourism Management in DIT and Cabin Crew in the Liberties College. During her studies in the Liberties she was given the opportunity to train with Aer Lingus. During this training Shanaaz got to experience the main duties and evacuation procedures while working on a plane, Shanaaz was so honoured to have experienced such a training as it increased her knowledge and passion for learning more about how a plane can fly.
Shanaaz previously held the role of Front Desk Receptionist in Jurys Inn Christchurch, succeeding 3 years of increasing her experience in Jurys she then moved to a company called Quantcast as an Office administrator/Events Co-Ordinator. After 1 year in Quantcast Shanaaz moved back to the hotel industry as a Meeting & Events Executive in the Fitzwilliam Hotel. After spending 6 months in The Fitzwilliam Shanaaz decided that it was time for her to pursue her dream on working for an aviation company.
When Shanaaz was given the opportunity to work for ABL Aviation, she grabbed it with both hands and successful landed the role as an office Assistant. Shanaaz will continue to work her way up and she looks forward to what the future holds for her here at ABL Aviation.
Shanaaz is highly motivated and brings a cheerful atmosphere to the office. When Shanaaz is not managing the office and assisting our CEO she enjoys playing her guitar and painting as well as spending time with the family on the weekends. Carlos Merino is Vice President of the CEO´s Office at ABL Aviation. In this role, Carlos oversees the investor relations department; producing investor materials, conducting market research in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and representing ABL Aviation at industry events. He also drives the aircraft purchase transaction processes in coordination with various ABL Aviation departments in offices around the world with third-party advisers, assisting in the negotiation and structuring of the transactions.
Carlos previously worked at Lignum Capital PFP, a leading Spanish equity crowdfunding platform authorised and supervised by the CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores), as Operations Manager. In his role, the company successfully closed 13 fundraising transactions for start-ups and early-stage companies. Leading the business development strategy and Lignum Capital’s analysts team, and reporting to the firm’s shareholders, Carlos gained valuable professional skills such as fund-raising projects coordination and commercialisation, accredited investor relations management, valuation and modelling working with both traditional (DCF) and alternative methodologies (Venture Capital Method, Market Approach Method and Balance Scorecard).
Previously, Carlos worked at Lawell Law & Strategy, a corporate law boutique that provides specialized services in the area of mercantile law; and at L’Air Liquide’s Corporate Strategy department, analysing business opportunities in the Spanish engine production and emission testing markets, and the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (Horizon 2020).
Carlos also has entrepreneurial background, founding Neckabout in 2015, a handmade accessories fashion brand, and Lastweek.es in 2010, an online based travel agency start-up.
Carlos graduated in Business Administration and Law from Carlos III University of Madrid and studied at the ESC Rennes School of Business (France) as part of the Undergraduate Exchange Programme.
Outside of the office, Carlos enjoys playing sports, doing boxing regularly. He also loves the outdoors and some of his favourite hobbies include sailing and skiing. Carlos is an enthusiast of literature and mainly enjoys reading Russian authors and classic novels. The opportunity to travel and work within an international environment was a big factor in moving to Dublin and working at ABL Aviation.

Naomi Mullins holds the position of Senior Financial Analyst with ABL and has both a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and a First Class Honours Masters in Applied Finance. During her MSc. degree, Naomi completed her Thesis on investigating the sensitivity of Airline Companies profitability to different external market factors.
Prior to ABL Aviation, Naomi worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant where she was primarily responsible for analysing fund performance on a daily basis, reconciling the fund’s position to outside sources and preparing Net Assets Values.
As Senior Financial Analyst, Naomi’s main responsibilities at ABL Aviation consist of aircraft pricing and assisting in sourcing debt for investors to finance the acquisition of aircraft. She is also involved in organising some of the marketing projects and event.
Naomi has always had an interest in the aviation industry and has travelled extensively for leisure, work and in representing Ireland at Modern Pentathlon events throughout the world. She is highly motivated, and looks forward to developing her career in the dynamic and exciting environment at ABL Aviation.
Outside of the office, Naomi enjoys playing a variety of sports including; running, horse riding and fencing.

Leeren Naicker is a qualified actuary, holding a computer science degree, from UCD. After graduating with first- class honours where he was presented with a Microsoft Research Award. He joined ABL Aviation as Senior Vice President of Modelling and Technology, having previously held the role of Actuarial Consultant at Lloyd’s Banking Group, where he was responsible for ensuring that pension policies are managed in line with the policy provisions, policyholders’ expectations and FCA requirements. Working closely with local and international stakeholders to provide actuarial input to high profile projects.
Lee has held several traditional actuarial roles working in Ireland, the UK and in Toronto. He has held actuarial roles in the following departments;
Product Development: tasked with fund performance reporting and risk analysis, profit testing for reinsurance tenders and liaising with fund managers to provide policy holders with the most appropriate funds attainable in the market.
Finance: as part of the team supporting the execution of trades in underlying collective schemes as well as advising, developing, assisting and supporting operating model and technological changes. Taking ownership of the task of increasing automation via technological innovation and model upgrades as well as developing talent and team training.
Technical services: where he had been effectively running the actuarial arm of the calculations team that develop and provides support for actuarial applications used throughout the business.
Responsible for everything from project planning, co-ordination of multiple work streams, application development to mentoring trainee actuaries and placement students.
Lee’s move into the field of aviation finance highlights his agility, dynamism and ability to push boundaries. Choosing ABL Aviation, a full-service, independent asset manager as the avenue to get in to our rapidly growing and exciting industry. Lee is keen to apply his acquired actuarial and technical skills while gaining holistic experience in aircraft financing, deal analysis, deal generation and deal execution.
When Lee isn’t crunching numbers, developing models and increasing automation he enjoys a variety of sports. Always keen to get outdoors and try new things, his favourites include; soccer, rugby, boxing, beach volleyball, tag rugby and golf. Lee is also an animal lover who has volunteered with DSCPA and fostered animals for the Toronto Humane Society and Miniature Schnauzer Rescue Ireland.
Johana Cuentas holds a Business Studies Degree from Independent College Dublin. In the last year of her degree she specialized in Marketing and graduated with a first-class honours. In her assignments and projects for college, she worked in teams and on her own analyzing different organizations and industries.
During her past work experience, Johana developed skills in customer service and sales. She liaised with high volumes of customers in highly pressurized and challenging environments while delivering outstanding customer service.
Johana is from Bolivia and moved to Ireland to master her English and then pursued her third level education. She volunteered as a Spanish teacher at Citywise Education helping Leaving Cert students preparing for Spanish examination in their last year of Secondary School.
Johana is passionate about learning more about the aviation and aircraft leasing industry at ABL Aviation and she is excited to apply all of her knowledge and experience gained throughout her degree studies. She hopes to bring all her marketing skills and commercial awareness to contribute towards the continued growth of the company.

Lucien Perdu holds a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE SUPAERO (French Grande École) and a LLM in Air and Space law from the Paris Saclay University.
Prior to ABL Aviation, Lucien had the opportunity to work across the finance and air transportation sectors. He worked as a summer equity and portfolio analyst in a Hong Kong based asset management company specializing in emerging markets and with a long-term investment view. Lucien pursued his goal of working in the aviation sector as an airline analyst where he worked on a wide spectrum of missions, from the routes and fleet analysis of a Pacific airline to the regulatory analysis and the benchmarking of public funding of air routes. Lucien’s biggest mission was focused on increasing pilots’ productivity by assisting with the writing and negotiation of a new Collective Labour Agreement and developing data-based performance indicators. The leitmotiv of all these experiences was the economic and financial modelling of airline activity.
Coming from a strong quantitative background, Lucien’s main responsibilities at ABL Aviation consist in modelling, structuring and pricing tax leases. Lucien has also the opportunity to apply his data science skills by working on the quantitative analysis of airline credit and by developing business intelligence tools within ABL Aviation.
Lucien has always been passionate about aviation; he successfully obtained his Private Pilot License on single engine aircrafts and enjoy flying above the Pyrenees in the South-West of France and share with his passengers his passion for the sky.

Goutham Panchangam Joined ABL Aviation after completing his Masters in Aeronautical Engineering from University of Limerick.
Goutham has always been passionate about aviation and never pass up an opportunity to study its innermost workings. After completing his bachelor’s in aerospace engineering in India, he worked as an intern at Tata Aerospace as a product design engineer. During this period, he developed technical knowledge in various designing software’s. It was a wonderful industrial experience and helped him in his academics to achieve first class honours in his bachelor’s degree.
Goutham always wanted to study abroad in Europe and as part of his Master’s degree he received a scholarship to study at University of Limerick in Ireland. Apart from having the academic proficiency he is also actively involved in sports and extra-curricular activities. As part of his volunteering activities he received “President Volunteer Award” from University of Limerick. In his free time, he likes to travel and play sports like cricket and badminton.
Goutham finds the concept of Aircraft leasing interesting and during his masters he had the chance to study “Foundations of Aircraft leasing”. He is an ambitious graduate, being a keen enthusiast of the leasing industry, he joined ABL Aviation as a Technical Analyst. He finds the work done by ABL Aviation inspiring and challenging. During his beginning days of internship at ABL Aviation he worked on Projects that included Microsoft products like Dynamics 365, SharePoint and PowerBI. Coming from a non-IT background these projects were of great benefit to him and allowed him to improve his IT, management, teamwork and communications skills.
In his current role as a technical analyst his main responsibilities include technical analysis and maintenance cost forecasting of the assets over the lease term, analysing and constant development of the company’s technical business models ,asset management and aircraft records management of the current ABL Aviation fleet, analysing aircraft maintenance data and maintaining ABL Aviation maintenance cost database and management of the company’s technical teams around the world as per best practice organization procedures.
He feels that as constant improvisation and development of innovative technologies lead to the erosion of the older versions, he likes to be in tandem with the latest technology. He wants to learn his never-ending curiosity in aviation and make the optimum use of the technology.

Khadija Mahassine studied science in Baccalaureate and began her studies in biology studied biology in Hassan II University in Casablanca. After 2 years, Khadija chose to continue her studies at the Specialized Institute for applied work at Sidi Bernoussi Casablanca, where Khadija got a diploma of Secretarial Administration. During Khadija’s training period in the Specialized Institute in Applied Work, she completed several internships in different firms such as AFRIQUE CABLE, working at the human resources department, where she was in charge of the employee’s administrative documents and other minor tasks.
Khadija also worked at AL MANSOUR hospital as a receptionist in the radiology department, where she developed and improved on many valuable professional skills, such as communication with stakeholders, by being in direct contact with clients from different backgrounds.
Khadija is working at ABL Aviation as a data entry operator, learning and working with both, financial and technical departments. In February 2019 she was promoted to analyst at the Financial department, which allowed her to gain more knowledge in finance and financial modelling.

Meriama Selmani has 20 years of professional experience in various fields, including financial, administrative and commercial roles.
Meriama worked five years at Wafa Gestion, affiliate of Attijariwafa Bank, specialised in asset management, as an assistant manager. Her responsibilities were managing the agenda of the general manager, correspondence and organizing corporate events.
Meriama worked two years at Dell selling computer equipment and was qualified as one of the best sellers of her team. Then she worked four years at Eaton Electric, as billing service manager.She also gave French language classes in England while I living in Manchester.
Meriama joined ABL Aviation team as an executive assistant and office manager in the Casablanca office. She manages the operation of the office and coordinates with the human resources department.
Meriama is a really invested person who likes to achieve her professional goals. Meriama has a 21 years old son, who is studying at John Mores University Liverpool, Finance & Business. He plays with the national basketball team.
She likes playing tennis and enjoys walking and cooking.
Desiree is Data Entry Specialist at ABL Aviation. In this role, Desiree gathers and manages data from various sources into ABL Aviation fully customized data management system and supports the transaction management department.
Desiree has more than 12 years of work experience in United Arab Emirates, working as Secretary in various departments. In these roles, she successfully completed general and administrative critical tasks, including project and documentation management.
She began her career as Administrative Secretary in Gulf Electronics Company, distributor of Philips, Siemens and Bosch products in Abu Dhabi, where she worked for over 4 years. In this role, Desiree was responsible for providing general office management support and administration support to the Human Resource, Administrative and Sales departments.
Desiree also worked at Eldiar Furniture Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Depa United Group, and one of the world’s leading providers of interior solutions as Administrative Secretary, specializing in Oracle and Aconex construction management software. She was promoted to Sales and Marketing Secretary, providing support to the marketing and sales team for 6 years. Desiree was in charge of maintaining the marketing database, creating and interpreting corporate reports for board sales presentations.
Desiree studied Information Technology, and Hotel and Restaurant Management in the Maritime School in Philippines. Currently, she is studying the Bachelor of Arts in English from AMA University, a 4-year degree program centered on the theoretical aspects and practical applications of the English language and literature.

Davan Byrne is an Analyst with ABL Aviation, working in the Hong Kong office. Working as part of the Pricing & Debt team, Davan’s primary area of focus is the credit analysis of existing and potential lessee’s – including producing in depth research reports and maintaining an active watchlist of target airlines.
Prior to joining ABL Aviation Davan spent five years working at Davy, Ireland’s leading wealth manager, where he held a variety of positions. Initially, Davan joined Davy as an Equity Research Analyst covering FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sectors, before subsequently moving across to the Asset Management department, a globally focussed asset manager with more than US$5 billion AUM (assets under management). At Davy Asset Management, Davan worked as Co-Manager on the Global Equity Income strategy (US$550 million AUM) reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Employing a combination of quantitative and fundamental investment techniques with a mega-cap value focus, a core area of responsibility for Davan was the coverage of the Industrial and Aerospace & Defence sectors – including the large commercial aerospace OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). It is this experience that led Davan to pursue a career in aviation finance, particularly in Asia where he believes future industry growth will be centred. In 2018, Davan moved to Hong Kong where he joined CDB Aviation as part of their Financial Planning & Analysis team with a view towards gaining a foothold in the industry, before subsequently moving to ABL Aviation.
Davan is a graduate of University College Dublin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics & Finance. Davan chose to specialise in Economics, with a focus on analytical and numerical modules, and graduated top of his class. He is a member of the CFA Institute and
is a CFA Charterholder. Davan has an acute interest in global economics and politics and has had a number of insights published in the financial press.
A keen sportsman, Davan plays rugby and squash regularly. His other favourite sports include soccer, hurling and national hunt racing. Davan loves the outdoors and one of his favourite things to do at the weekend is to explore some of Hong Kong’s many hiking trails. The opportunity to travel was a big factor in moving to Hong Kong, but his favourite things about the city are its neon streets and skyline. These are best enjoyed either at night from up high on one of the city’s hiking trails, or at street level, dining at one of the many great street food vendors.

Ismail Fassi Fihri, was born in 1993 in Rabat and lived the majority of his life in FES, where he got a bachelor’s degree in physics from Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University. He then moved to Casablanca to study for an engineering degree and graduated. Ismail was very passionate about this from a young age. In 2018, he graduated as an aeronautical engineer from the Mundiapolis University of Casablanca.
During the first year of Ismail’s his engineering studies, he completed an internship at LISI aerospace Creuzet Maroc, an aeronautical industrial company based in Nouaceur and specialized in the manufacture of parts for the aerospace industry: boiler making, assembly and machining. The subject theme of Ismail’s internship was “Maintenance department store layout and inventory management”, and he was in charge of the realization of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) integrating a database of the maintenance workshop stock items using Excel VBA. He was also in charge of establishing a plan for the reorganization of the maintenance department store as part of a lean manufacturing vision.
During the second year of Ismail’s engineering studies, he passed the final project assignment internship at the technical department of Royal Air Maroc, (RAM), the Moroccan’s national carrier and the country’s largest airline operating a domestic network in Morocco and a scheduled international flight to other countries. Ismail’s internship was focused on the “Corrosion treatment on aircraft rims and brakes” theme, contributing to a technical study, he was responsible for the establishment of a budget study of the installation of a corrosion treatment line in the workshop and the calculation of the profitability of the investment and the comparison with the already existing solution. Ismail joined ABL Aviation as Analyst in Casablanca’s team to work in parallel with all other offices around the world. Ismail started on the technical department in the asset management and
aircraft technical valuation. Now he’s integrating the finance team to learn the economics of aircraft leasing deals within the company.

Meryeme Lakdim has a Data science engineering degree, graduated from the Information Science School ESI-Rabat. Her first Internship was at BMCE Bank, where she learnt how to handle their data and manage financial transactions. Meryeme also worked at HCP-Rabat, where she gathered and analysed Statistical Data with a field team for the population statistical Programs. Also managed HCP- Rabat’s social network and website.
Meryeme final study project (PFE) was developed in the Ministry of Health, specifically in the Health Regional Administration of Fez- Meknes. Building a BI data collection and analysis platform for decision-making. This experience gave her the boost to develop her skills in the data analysis field, as she explored and managed different Health programs, such as; the new immigration program, that gives the migrants the right to access all the public health centres in the region. The Mobile Health program, that enables different campaigns and medical caravans to seclude areas of the region. The program of chirurgical appointments “Zero RDV”, that gives the right to all the citizens to have a more accessible appointment to perform their surgeries in time.
As part of these various programs, she worked with the new Information technologies, to manage and be able to analyze and report all facts that help the local authorities of the region to make decisions.
As a member of ABL Aviation, she is ready to learn, to be part of a very innovative team and become an expert in this field.

Soufiane is a Moroccan Electromechanical Engineer from the National School of Mineral Industry in Rabat. In order to obtain the title of state engineer, he went through preparatory classes at the high school of engineering and was ranked 92 in Morocco. His first position experience was as a Project Engineer at the construction project of a Building R+6 in Rabat.
He led the team and represented the company in meetings and negotiations. He was responsible for procurement, technical control and management of personnel in order to achieve the objectives and meet the project’s deadlines.
In his previous experience, he was responsible for high speed electrical connectivity between Moulay Boussalhem and Tangier and between Rabat and Tangier. As subcontractor manager, negotiation and assurance of the quality of the work were some of Soufiane’s responsibilities.
Furthermore, Soufiane worked in a design office in Tangier. Project management, final acceptance of the project, verification of the attachments were among his daily tasks. Meeting clients, understanding and defining their needs in detail, and turning it into reality were his main missions. Also consulting suppliers to define the project budget and billing.
In parallel with his work, Soufiane did a master’s in finance at ISCAE Rabat. Obtaining the specialized master’s degree at Tangier Med Special Agency where he worked on the financial and strategic diagnosis and evaluation of the company’s valuation for the initial public offering.
Now working at ABL Aviation in a diverse environment with more than 12 different nationalities, he is applying and evolving his skills.
Soufiane’s job as a pricing analyst involves consistent innovation, tackling various subjects such as finance, IT, as well as supporting the technical team.
In parallel with professional activities, Soufiane likes swimming and does full contact. Driving, DIY and travelling are among his hobbies. He loves finance and enjoys challenging himself to get new skills in different fields.

Imane Elaskouri is a baccalaureate graduate in science from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This experience enriched Imane from a personal perspective, allowing her to better deal with cultural diversity.
Imane began her professional career at school as an administrative assistant for 7 months, where she learnt how to manipulate IT tools. She also worked at FAIZ EL-JIFRI Company as a requirement controller of building materials. Imane was specialized in
stone and asphalt controlling. Detecting whether these materials comply the required standards. During the 10 months trainee were proven to be important as she learnt several skills during this period.
Imane completed her studies in the Hassan II University in Casablanca, where she graduated in a bachelor’s degree in American Culture Studies. Imane started working at ABL Aviation as a data entry operator learning about asset management and aircraft leasing licence.
BIO
Mohamed Rouass is a finance & accounting master’s degree graduate from the national school of trade and management, and succeeded CFA Level I. As always passionate for finance, Mohamed completed several theme related internships to strengthen his finance skills before joining ABL AVIATION. From conducting due diligence, credit and financial analysis on the bank’s corporate clients, to applying the IFRS conceptual framework on a peer of companies. He also managed the exchange risk of the USD/MAD and EUR/MAD, through a proposed framework, containing financial model VaR and hedging efficiency methods.
As a CFA program participant, Mohamed is willing to adhere to the standards of professional conduct and work ethics. Through the program, Mohamed consolidated his financial knowledge in corporate finance, and financial markets through studying portfolio management, debt and equity securities and derivatives. Furthermore, studying economics, quantitative methods, and reporting were to complete the sound program.
Mohamed successfully participated in the organization of important charity and cultural events. Particularly he was a key player promoting the Waay Association. Besides, taking part in numerous and different academic projects, such as building business plans and conducting strategic scouting, contributed to his personality build up.
Mohamed’s core competencies are; primarily financial analysis and secondary financial reporting credit analysis, risk measurement and management, working capital management and financial modelling.
With a forward-looking vision, Mohamed’s interest is always IT oriented as the IT integration into finance is immeasurable, pushing him to continuously assesses the potential impact of IT technology on the finance field, particularly in the aircraft leasing finance industry.
Working at ABL Aviation allows him to apply his theoretical background and professional experience into the aircraft leasing industry, conducting credit analysis for airlines. The industry of aviation was always at the core of his interests.
Mustapha Amrani is a senior IT consultant. He holds a computer science degree, from Sciences and Technologies Faculty of SETTAT. He joined ABL Aviation as a Systems & Databases Developer and he is passionate about learning more about the aviation and aircraft leasing industry at ABL Aviation. Having over nine years of professional experience allowed him to navigate several building blocks of information systems, such as; database administration and development, business applications, coding with several programming languages and infrastructure and networks.
Having previously held the role of ERP/WMS technical consultant where he had the opportunity to work with diverse functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Feed Production, Supply Chain and Distribution) and participate in designing business workflows for the developing team.
When Mustapha is outside the office, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including; running, soccer and hiking. His next goals are to conquer the highest peaks in Africa (Tanzania-Kilimanjaro 5895m) and Europe (Russia-Elbrus 5642m).
Oumaima Asmama is a recent graduate from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management Sciences and a thematic area in Finance.
Also, while doing her bachelor’s degree, she participated in a number of competitions, such as the NASA Space Apps challenge, in which she ended as second. She also ended in the top 10 participants in Girls Code 2 at the International University of Rabat in 2016. Furthermore, she also participated in the London International Model United Nations as the delegate of Luxembourg, and in the AUI Model United Nations as the delegate of Kuwait.
Oumaima worked as an analyst with Vigeo Eiris, a research and rating agency, which evaluates organizations’ integration of social, environmental and governance factors into their strategies. She works as a technical analyst with our team at ABL Aviation, and performs maintenance forecasts analysis using the company’s fly forward model among other responsibilities.
