ABL Aviation Welcomes New Team Members to Support Operations and Marketing Strategy

March 24, 2025 – ABL Aviation is pleased to announce the addition of two new professionals to its global team: Hind El Houary, who joins as Office Administrator, and Inssaf El Jazouli, who takes on the role of Marketing Business Analyst. These appointments reflect ABL Aviation’s commitment to operational excellence and data-driven marketing strategy.

Hind El Houary – Office Administrator

Hind El Houary has joined ABL Aviation as Office Administrator. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations, including asset tracking, invoice processing, payment monitoring, and office supply management. She also supports the overall administrative structure and internal coordination.

Prior to joining ABL Aviation, Hind completed an internship as an HR Coordinator at Four Seasons, gaining hands-on experience in employee relations, organizational support, and administrative processes. She also worked as a Sales Assistant, where she developed strong customer service and communication skills. With a background in Digital Marketing and Commerce Strategy, Hind brings a structured, analytical approach to administrative tasks and cross-functional support.

Inssaf El Jazouli – Marketing Business Analyst

Inssaf El Jazouli joins ABL Corporation as a Marketing Business Analyst. She brings extensive experience in bid analysis, market research, and project coordination, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to support business development and marketing strategy.

Previously, Inssaf worked at Leyton as a Bid Analyst, collaborating with international sales teams on projects for large global clients across a range of industries. Her responsibilities included developing bid methodologies, conducting competitor and market research, preparing research packs, and contributing to proposal drafting and bid management. Her understanding of R&D, intellectual property incentives, and funding programs across more than 13 countries added depth to her analysis and recommendations.

Inssaf is a graduate of the National School of Commerce and Management (ENCG), where she ranked first in her class in Marketing and Sales. She also participated in the Erasmus+ exchange program at Transilvania University of Brașov, enhancing her global outlook and cross-cultural communication skills.
