Orr ’s achievements underscore his commitment to operational excellence and innovation. Among his career milestones:

• Transforming Morocco’s Aerospace Sector: Orr established and managed a cutting-edge Aerostructures assembly site in Morocco, positioning the facility as a benchmark for efficiency and quality in the region.

• Global Supply Chain Excellence: At Bombardier, Orr introduced a Global Supplier Management System, ensuring consistent performance across operations worldwide.

• Pioneering Quality Systems: He developed and implemented Bombardier’s first unified Quality Management System, standardizing processes across manufacturing and aftermarket sites.

Orr is also recognized for his active engagement in the African aerospace community, serving as a key member of the Moroccan Aerospace Industries Association and as President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Morocco.
